I REALLY like the red on the door panels. Wish mine had come with the lower wing instead of the retro Dodge NASCAR wing- but I got crude plans for that...
Nice car, perfect color

I think he's referring to the bracket on the charge piping that everyone is twist tyiing. They supposedly have an upgrade to the bolt that holds it down. Just search for the charge piping coming loose and there are quite a few threads.

People get TSB's confused with recall's . The only recalls on the cobalt SS/TC are for the charge pipe clip and for early 08's .... front rotor's .

OP wait till the car breaks in .....mine was the same way. I was disapponted till about 1100 miles.

holy **** I was over 4k on the test drive ahahah

I'm not easy on cars and after both my ms3 and ss were broken in I never had issues. The SS's ecu holds the power for 1k+ miles so whatever I think your fine but yes it wont get lively until after that. Seriously on the test drive the ss felt slow as ****. The night before I had test driven my friends SS/tc and it felt much faster. So just wait, but meh f the break in. I did 130mph with 20 miles on the od

I'm at like 800 miles and I can't wait for my motor to break in. I've been driving every chance I get just to put on some miles. But yeah.. waiting to beat on it a little is hard because it's a new car and you just have an itch to get on it.

I was dissapointed till I got tuned. Im in S. Fla and this 90+ deg weather and 60%+ humidity is Knock Retard city. Was completely killing the power. Now this thing sometimes wont get full traction till 3rd depending on the weather

LOL...After waiting 2 months for my car to arrive from the factory I go to pick it up and on a CASUAL test drive with my salesman I managed to miss second or third gear... LOL OOPS

So within the first 2-3 miles of ownership I grinded a gear

KY gas prices are generally awesome. Especially in Lexington. When gas first started coming down, it was under 2$ a gallon when every where around was still at about $2.50.

I bought my cobalt with 2k miles on it so i didnt have to break it in. And wait till you hit about 1k miles or more to start getting on it and you will feel that sucker pull really hard at around 3,500rpm in 2nd gear and all the way through 3rd as well.
