Need Help 08 LNF
Had same problem 2 weeks ago, open the hood and look towards the back on of the engine bay near the firewall on the right side. You need 2 people for this, find your intermediate shaft and hit with PB blaster while someone is in the car turning left and right full lock several times.
If this works, it will buy some time but you will need to replace your intermediate shaft as it is binding. Mine is good 2 weeks after lubing it.
Not exact picture but just coat the sides down at the joints forget the slide joint its the joints pointed out in yellow that bing when dried/corroded, mine was all rusty :

That's a loaded question for a delta platform. From what I have seen, binding in the steering and a clunk when quickly turning back at forth while stopped are indications of a bad intermediate shaft.
