New clutch= rough rowing gears

Since installing the stage 3 KY clutch and rotated mounts (I have less than 300 miles on the install) today was my first day driving it to work, and it was miserable. If you go more than a couple of miles without shifting, it doesn't like to come out of gear easily. In fact you almost need to go clutch..release..clutch then it comes out. I was going to give the mechanic a call today to see if he has any ideas.
Because of the rotated mounts/new clutch, is it possible that the shift linkage to the shifter needs to be adjusted?

There is no shift linkage. It's cables. They don't care if you rotate the transmission/engine package a few degrees. Rotated mounts don't do that, at least mine didn't. Pretty sure Corey is right, bleed the ToB again.
