Has any one tried the new one out yet, and can say to how it clears?

First, we modified the design to be compatible with ultra-lowered cars."

Would be interested in hearing more about this if anyone has the new one.

Chris you dont want to go catless because you dont need the hassle of enviro MTO officers chasing you and making you etest (and big fines as well)
just muffler delete is loud enough. and the performance gain going 3 inch throughout otherwise, well I have not seen published any results to prove its worth the bux.

stock 3/2.5/2.75 exhaust flows enough for 400 wheel trq and I suggest you dont want to run that much power anyway.

SomeBrownDude did the muffler delete and it's a little loud for my tastes, I think he's been stopped for it too. I have the Hahn exhaust, and it makes a nice deep tone. Others may be good too but I haven't heard them. YouTube videos don't quite capture an exhaust note properly unfortunately.
EDIT: you posted just before I did, dual tips like NCC? Noice!

^same guy who did his lip is doing
Mine, a lil on the pricey side but looks oem,

Yea I don't want something so loud I'm gonna be hassled for it, one reason why I wanted a sedan,

Will look into different Catbacks for the LNf then, only problem with buying a catback is that I wanna go dual outlet, and they usually won't sell the same muffler on the side lol

Another option I was looking at was going dual exhaust with an electric cutout and have one side mufflered and one side a straight pipe, ( I u can even do that with a cutout I'm not to sure)

Just want a deep sounding exhaust that spuds meaner then stock and not so Loud u sound like an import

Dont leave out Treadstone for your options on parts! Very high quality stuff. I have everything they offer so I am speaking from experience and not hear-say!

Gonna have to investigate exhaust options, will be the second thing I do after I mount the lip

I wanna go dual outlets

Going a dual straight pipe would be very simple, not sure how loud it is tho

Has any one thrown on just an aftermarket muffler? I'm looking for a deeP sounding exhaust and no ricer sound

I loved the Borla muffler I had on my old cavy. They don't make a dual outlet like you would need though. Maybe with just dual outlets and no muffler it would be decently quiet? As long as you have a good resonator? Think SRT4 neon.

I run with no muffler.. just resonator.. I personally like the sound and it's not ricey at all.. the turbo balts actually sound pretty good that way imo. A little loud when you get on it, but it sounds damn good, or during the cat warmup cycle; a tune can delete that tho if it bothers you.

not sure what my mounts have to do with Hahn stuff.
Hahn stuff is expensive doesnt fit very well.

ZZP better value.

but for now do nothing spend no money leave it alone. Tunes dont like winter.
I think this is the best advice so far. Also dude, if I can ask you, could you tell us what your budget is? By knowing it, I'm sure we can all give you the best suggestions. Because one thing is having 1000$ available, another thing is having 2 or 3 thousands. We would be talking about very different things in that case. Congrats on the car choice, you will love it.

Just keep on mind that with the Hahn catback you may have issues with having it hitting the rear axle at every little bump in case you lower your car. I had the same issue and I know of a lot of other people that did.

^ theve re designed it on there new catbacks

And I don't really care how much I drop into the car, I'm selling around 6gs worth of stuff off my 2.2 and that's not even all of it,

I don't have a big chunk of change to do drop into it right now, but basically right now I wann do a dual exhaust and a twm sts, then a downpipe and intake, then I'll tackle the charge pipes and a tune, new rims, and some interior and exterior appearance mods in-between,

Not looking to do any engine work or turbo swaps

But priority right now is the sts downpipe intake and dual exhaust

Kinda looking at the new Hahn system or the mpx catback
Waiting to hear from mpx to see
If they can provide me with a second muffler

That sounds nice. You should go over 300hp at the dyno and have a nice looking car if you are also doing inside and outside appearance mods.
One suggestion on the sts TWM if I can give it to you: definately get the bushings and the cable clamp. Also, if you can, get the optional heavier knob, it feels really great and also gives a much better shifting between gears.
