safe range

ok i think ive submitted this thread before but just in case ill ask again...
i have an internally stock lnf and im curious to find out, with a very good tune, stock turbo, and a list of bolt ons, whats the max recommended safe boost range i can run without messing anything up internally? and to answer the next question, yes, i do intend to do a turbo upgrade fairly soon. but for now, just checking on safe internal range. i heard it was 30-33 psi but not sure

30psi? Your definitely going to kill your stock turbo at 30psi. I'd say safe is around 22psi. After around 24 all the stock turbo does is produce a **** tone of heat.

? 24 psi max on stock turbo, after that ur pumping heat into the engine. i think stock engine is good tille 350-400 "safely" but you can run less boost with a big turbo to get more power. so i think its more whp you need to worry about not boost,

searching around people seem to say 30psi stock bolts head gasket and internals.

LOL you got me there but in el paso it was cool for me to run 27psi, when i drove home on leave i had a 31psi spike and think that was to much, she started pouring our white smoke everywhere, she wouldnt build boost but when i play with the pedal she would build boost again, so full rebuild has been taken place for bout 8 months now just need my block and stage 2 trans.
