Sport Compact Car Video Road Test (no-lift shift footage)

Not sure if this has already been posted, but I just came across this video today. At about 1/3 of the way through the video it shows a no-lift shift. I haven't tried that myself yet, but it gives an idea of how quickly you need to shift.

I mean do you lose that much with out doing it?
I almost think this is beating the clutch.
How hard is the clucth to do on these?

I agree, it looks pretty rough on the clutch. That's probably why I haven't tried it yet. Don't know how hard it is to change the clutch - maybe others who have done it on SS/SC's could comment.
