Synapse Charge piping GB
i think id be willing to laydown 300ish for this. but $500 is a little much. larger diameter intercooler piping = more lag. without ecu modifications you could def lose some low end power. i think my first major mod needs to be something like what cobb tuning offers. i want to flash my ecu on the fly. i do think this product has a future because underneath the cobalts hood it is an ugly rats nest. anything to fix the aesthetics is welcomed. additionally, i dont know if ill need this mod until the turbo is upgraded. if you can max out the stock turbo and piping and still get close to 300ish whp that maybe good enough for most people.
If a noob knows how to search, does this put you below noob level on searching?
Let us know if that price comes down, along with some dyno sheets. Because other than that I'll wait on Bill over at hahn once their stage packages are complete.

wtf are you talking about? i know how to search, i've been here a hell of alot longer than you so you just go sit in your little corner like a good little biotch. i'm done talking to you, i wasn't even talking to you in the first place, so know and learn your place on this website

Noob here. . noob to boards, f to the no.
I'm calling bullshit on knowing how to search, since you couldn't locate the OTHER THREAD about the piping and LOOK at the DYNO results in that thread.
Don't get your panties all twisted because you pulled a noob maneuver.
Learn your place on the interwebz, bitch.
Lawls at something thinking a forum board is so much different than another forum board.

if you want the piping alone without couplers, we could have a group buy of $350.
this would include the cnc'd flange for the intake air temp sensor.
aside from that you would need the following seperately:
(2) 2.5->2.25" couplers
(1) 2 ->2.5" coupler
(1) 2.5->2.75" coupler
(1) 2.5 straight coupler
and clamps for each side of the couplers
everyone knows the search function sucks on here unless the topic's been talked about a million times
and it more needs trq capping taken off .. not necessarily a tune.. look and notice whenever it hits 260 it kills trq right after that by like 10 trq
so it's not just a pretty part.... jebus.. and if you're not going to help someone STFU..

thanks for the info guys
not bad numbers Synapse
upgrading the intercooler piping, intercooler, & intake will all make a difference on the dyno, but for maximum performance from those parts a tune is required. so IMO $500 for this mod is a good price.

the dyno comparison doesnt go to redline!?!?! while this could proove to be a good mod w/a turbo and tuning, based on price and looking at the dyno comparison it just doesnt justify the price. the dyno graph doesnt even look smoother or improved. it does look like it doesnt fall off as fast but you can add a k&n filter and achieve those same gains if not better!!!!
