Updates people?.....They MUST have official numbers by now?....at the very least for the '08 Models

 

i still dont see many ss/sc's in my area. And ive never seen a ss/tc yet.

 

Had mine for awhile now. I have also wondered how many 08-09 SS coups & sedans. I guess the SS sedans are going to only be a one year option.

 

I have had mine for 1 year now and have YET to see any other TC in my area, and Ive only seen 2 SC's. Mine is a fully loaded Imperial Blue...LSD, sunroof, Pioneer 6-cd, a spare, etc...

 

Victory Red SS/TC here, fully loaded: RPD, Sunroof, USB (standard for 09.5), Limited Slip, Big Wing Spoiler, and no spare tire.

 

I see nothing but 2.2s around. Have seen a couple 2.4s.. including a orange sedan.. sexy. The only SS's I see are at meets.. tho i did find an orange SS/SC coupe at the mall.. but the 2.2s are like.. swarms around here lol..

 

iv seen about 3-4 other SS/TC's in my area but thats it. And iv seen maybe about the same number in SS/SC's.

 

I thought I was the only one.

 

well in Hawaii you see a few SS/SC running around. I know a total of 3 SS/TC's on the island. Mine, Sport Red Tint, User Wangdis Silver and some rando on the island with a Imperial Blue that just bought the car cause it was cheap, what a tool. Anyways mine is SS/TC #294, who else knows there number?

 

I've seen at least 3 SS/SC and 1 SS/TC at work. A gray SS/SC has the license plate "LOL"

 

leave him a note on his car that says "lmao"

 

I think the car is owned by a "her" because there's a crystal dolphin hanging from the rear view mirror.

 

I cant wait to see how few 4-door SS there are!

So has GM still not provided the official numbers yet?....they have to know how many were made for the 08's at the very least.

Sure they have the numbers, I can look up every month of 2009 so far by total cobalts built but not brokedown by model ss or otherwise. A lot of other models for 2008 have been out since Jan hhr/malibu/ corvette/g8 etc.

 

I see so many cobalts in my area. I have seen a few SS around as well, but a quick look at the wheels makes me believe that I am one of the only SS/TC in my area. I totally debadged my car and put an oversized SS emblem on the front where the chevy bowtie resides... I get a lot of looks driving around town and I am totally stock.

 

I have seen a bunch of older SS/SC ones in the Northern Va region. Not too many SS/TCs.

 

Still no official numbers?

 

Let's get these numbers... I'm curious.

 

Anyone pursuing these numbers? Or have we given up?

 

Ditto....these numbers have to be officially available by now....anybody have access to them?
