So today I went to start my car and I couldnt push the clutch in, so I pressed harder and finally it went in but it made a loud pop noise when it did go in and the car started. Then when the clutch was engaged it wouldnt go into any gear at all. So I turned off the car and restarted it and everything was normal. The clutch could be depressed and it went into gear fine. Thoughts? I have a stage 4 clutchmasters clutch btw

 

My only thoughts would be that the pressure plate was binded up for some reason and wouldn't release the friction plates and flywheel, however I don't think that explains why it wouldn't go into gear.

 

Master slave cylinder?
