What is the problem?

Okay so as stated in my Sig, I have full Hahn Bolts-ons, (FMIC, Upper/Lower Piping, CAI, Catted DP and Cat back w/muffler delete. Also I have a stage 3 Clutchmasters clutch and clutchmasters aluminum flywheel and trifecta tuned. My problem is that when I am WOT, around like 4500-5500 rpm my car starts to "stutter" or almost slip? I have heard that with the aluminum flywheel it can cause misfiring but im not sure if this is whats happening! Help!

The light-weight flywheel can cause misfires to show at low engine speeds, mainly idle. Heavy flywheels keep the engine speed more consistent at idle, while engines with light flywheels can change rpms more quickly, allowing the ecm to register a misfire more easily.

None of that should apply in your case.

He's saying that your issue is that you own a Cobalt.

You're going to have to gather more data I'm afraid. See what you can get from the RPD. Without that or a MIL it's just going to be a lot of guessing.
It can register quite a few misfires without turning the MIL on. So I'd probably go there first. I don't know much about the RPD as I don't have one but I assume it can read misfires. Check that out.
If it's misfires then maybe check plug gap. If not that, boost leak check.
But first see if you can even figure out what it is, then start finding out why.

your spark plug gap could be to big giving you "blow out" i had that issue when i first got my car and had the Hahn PPC tuner on my car right at bout 5k on 22psi it would sputter try gapping your plugs closer and then go at it again, that was the main issue i had. I have the clutch masters aluminum flywheel as well and once my plugs were re-gapped no issues so doubt it could be yours, we both are fully hahn bolt on as well
