what's the big deal if he wants to store his car that's his choice... i know that my car will not be driven in the winter it will be in a car tent for the winter months.. i to have a pick up that i am driving now... i love RWD/4WD in the winter it's so much more fun..

i just don't know why it's such a big deal if you want to drive your car in the winter giv'er but why trash some one because they are storing it...

my 09 which I picked up on Aug 31 has about 800 miles on it as of now.I do take it out of the garage but only on nice days as I have a beater for work.Sorry man,cheer up,next time you take it out you'll have okenty of mods!

First winter my car had to sit out under a car cover in the drive way. Over the summer i bought a Car Tent/ garage in a box to putt up in my back yard. I have a 99 grand am for my DD, wont get my car out till MAY when everythign dries up. Its hard to keep my car clean, so its nice having a shelter to keep the dust and weather off my car. I live in ohio....

It is my DD, but I got a tahoe for this crappy weather ..

I don't trust silly fools here on the ice they don't use salt on the roads here in CO and I feel a lot safer in my tahoe ..

If it is 75F and sunny no mud on the roads I taker out.. Otherwise Hells no 20k is too much money ...First car I bought brand new so you can imagine how I feel about it ..

I told my self I would NEVER buy a brand new car but I couldn't resist the 30 MPG's n 260 HP.. Oh and it's Chevy ..

Exactly , I store mine, this will be the 3rd winter. If you look at the paint on my side skirts.....then look at someone who drove threw the last 3 winters...it's easy to see why i dont want to drive it.

Besides i bought a 99 sunfire w/100K miles from a family member with new snows for 500 bucks....cheaper than a wheel and tire package for my cobalt.

Mine's in the garage when there's actually snow on the roads. But my cobalt is my commuter for every day other than the days with snow on the road. We have a Dodge Truck that averages <13mpg that I take when there's snow on the road.
