Make sure you get a good conservative tune.

It means that whoever tunes your car shouldn't make it ***** to the wall fast. You don't want it to risk breaking the motor.

Talk to trifecta about ordering a tune for nitrous. Vince will point you in the right direction.

I'd suggest running a 12.0~12.2:1 AFR and pull 1.5* of timing if you're going to run a 50-shot of nitrous. Problem is, you'll lose a little off the bottle.

I'd be careful with a with nitrous setup on LNF cars. Returnless fuel system + secondary high pressure Direct Injection pump + high boost is already a pretty complex setup.

Didnt somebody here blow up their LNF engine with nitrous?

I find that Nitrous is just idiotic in general. Those who use it almost always melt their pistons or have a disasterous misfire at one point or another...and they all drastically shorten their engine life. Also, its more expensive then other mods! People always forget how expensive fillups become over time with those things...especially people that use it on the street (which I suspect you will be doing from the "kill" list in your sig)

Especially silly on an already forced induction car (And dont give me that intake temp drop crap....get a better intercooler if thats the reason you want it).

If you want to go faster, just up the boost, better tune, get some more bolt ons or do a turbo upgrade. May cost a bit more out the gate, but at least the performance will ALWAYS be there.

Just my suggestion.

Choko blew his motor. PPC tuned, and 100 HP dry shot. That is dumb right there. No extra fuel plus 100 shot of nitrous equal major fail especially on a FI motor.

Maybe. He had a few different size nozles he started with a 50 shot and worked his way up from there. It might have been bigger than a 100 shot, but the point is big dry shot of nitrous equals major fail. All that extra oxygen needs extra fuel so a lean condition does not occur but You know that.

A 50-100 shot if the car is tuned for it. A/F need to be in the 11s not 12s and some WOT timing needs to be pulled, but there have been 150 shots run in the Solstices. Safe for a while yes but will definately affect long term durability and the car will loose 20-30 whp with the nitrous tune if you are not shooting the nitrous. Our ECM cannot store two different tunes.
