Aeroforce Gauges Have Me Paranoid Now

I am curious to those who watch their engine closely... Is it okay to see any amount of misfires? It's normally only when the engine and weather are cold, I will see one or two misfires on the Aeroforce's. The worst I've seen was 6, but that was once. I also saw -2.xx knock retard once, and never again.

Is this normal or should I be looking into the misfires? My gut tells me that this is fine, but I wanted to be sure.

Only when the car is warming up? Or at normal operating temps too?

I would see a random misfire here and there, never a whole bunch of them.

Yeah that's fine, most I've seen driving around is 5 or so. If they amount to more than that, and you get a check engine light then you should be worried.

There is no Oil Pressure sensor.

The car tends to misfire more often when it is cold. If it misfires alot, just change the plugs.

The lnf loves to knock part throttle and light throttle around town. It's not that big of a deal usually.

If the knock is WOT. You have a problem.

I talked to Vince about it once cuz I had a bunch of misfires on the gauge but I would never throw a code. He told me not to worry if there's not a cel.

This.

I never have/had any missfires, but I will see false knock from time to time.

I see misfires all the time. Warm or cold. It's rarely more than 5 tho. And I've only thrown a flashing cel once.

Only when the engine is cold and is in the process of warming up. Thanks for all the replies, seems like I have nothing to worry about!

Cold start misfires are normal the reluctor rings on these cars are extremly accurate so they pic up every little hick up and part throttle and tip in knock is fine
