Why would you need to put a 2nd wideband 02 sensor on? The stock sensor is a WB...

correct. Always install BEFORE the cat since the cat cleans out some of the mixture for emissions and a cleaner air mixture

Just pm a mod and ask them if they think it's worth a sticky. If they think it is, which it is, they will sticky it for you.

It will say it right under their username. BlackSS/SC06 and ReignSS are around a lot. Just shoot one of them a pm I'm sure they can see that this is sticky worthy.

Does this apply to all cobalts or just the SS/TC cars? What I mean is, do all cobalts have 2 cats?

You may not be wrong. Putting the o2 before the cat or too close to the turbo is not a good idea either unless you have a heatsink made for the sensor. Too hot of an exhaust gas will fried your o2. This was from past experienced.

Not sure about the other Cobalt's but this downpipe thread is specifically for the SS/TC cars however some of the information is common to all downpipes.

Same thing happens the car is just very loud for the first 30sec to 1 minute. Then the sound calms down to a nice gurgle.

You will not pass inspection if you go catless and your state/province requires you to have a cat. If you really want catless but your state/province has laws against it you will have to switch the downpipe back to stock for every inspection.

This its sticky yet?!?

What is the policy in US and other than Qc provinces concerning inspections .. cuz here in Qc we don't get our cars inspected .. unless the police man stops you .. but can they really notice that you are catless?

I don't see how going back to a stock DP could throw a code, but I'll let somone else confirm that aswell.

if you are running the stock exhaust, you will barely even notice a differnce in sound even with the catless. It's actually surprisingly quiet, and you will definitely pickup more gains with the catless
