Given I don't have any turbo swap plans in hindsight I wouldn't have opted for the y pipe. It's only been open twice and it's not like you can drive around like that lol. I just have the block off plate; if you're shopping the remote electric cutouts keep in mind some of them can cause ground clearance issues especially if you have a drop.

I put mind's before the cat and it had increased my boost 1-2 psi with it opened at 50%. Instead of welding on to the Y pipe, I welded it on my dp because of space retriction. I put an extra plate on top of the original one so I would get max air deflection and out through the opening.
