Maaan it sucks i wasnt even acting stupid or showing off like when i usually **** **** up. I was just leaving the shell station and they have this HUGE incline that i bottomed out on, it ripped the bottom of my intercooler off. In all fairness it was held on by plastic clips and thats just stupid an IC should never have any plastic parts on it.

At least i have a good excuse to get a nice IC and charge pipes!!

I didnt remove my lower grille when I had my synapse but you will have trim more to get it to fit.

i had the grille on mine for the winter, but now its off. I hit a piece of tire at about 70mph on the interstate with no lower grille and it did hit the intercooler but never hurt anything.

Well I can say... my intercooler touches the bumper in the grill areas.... so Mine would not fit!

Whatever, you havent had any problems with rocks or bunny rabbits huh?

So you think synapse is the best IC out there thus far?
You do not have to remove the lower grill and leave it off.

Nothing major

I used a very sharp box knife, and it worked great.

Love the intercooler saw a drop of 20* in my IAT2s. Today ambient temp was 80* IAT1 was 75* and my IAT2s were 78*

It's doing a good job!
Didnt have to remove any of that on a SS/TC Sedan as well. Was a little on each cornor near the end tanks of the IC'er.

We are glad most of you like our intercooler setup, we have also just released a few improvements for those that are boosting at extreme levels. Basically we just added a few renforcements on the cooler endtanks so that the boost levels can't fatigue the endtanks. This will be added on all intercoolers being shipped and if anyone would like this added to their old cooler we will do it for free and cover shipping both ways. Thanks for the continued support ss community!

I had to cut the inner skeleton out... and trim on both ends you'll see exactly where it hits when you first put on the I/C
