ati harmonic super dampner

anyone installed one of these it says not slip fit so does it need to be honed or something before installation? thanks guys and i assume they are already pre balanced?

the timing cover needs to be grinded, so the Balancer can fit onto the timing cover properly..

i see this my question now is why does the stock crank pulley go in so easily and smooth and it seems like the ati dampner does not want to go on the actual shaft? i have the zzp shaved timing cover but the pulley does not want to go on

it says its not a slip fit, that means you have to press it on. An impact wrench would help you a lot.
