bad results

so today while idling noticed white smoke coming thru the exhaust. just a tad so i pulled over and checked the oil dipstick and there was no oil. so i bought a 5 gallon jug and it in and proceeded to drive. so while im driving tons of smoke pours out the exhaust. so now i freak out, drive to a performance shop (houston z) to do a compression test.

the result
cylinder 1 150 psi
cylinder 2 165 psi
cylinder 3 60 psi
cylinder 4 90 psi

so now im guessing the cobalt is done for.
the estimate for the repair is 3840.47. is this about right?

he also removed the coupler from the turbo and there was a puddle of oil sitting there

Nope $1500 fully assembled short block
ZZPerformance - Gen 3 LNF/LDK Short Block #ZZ-LDKSB
A long block is the complete engine oil pan to valve cover

I want to go this route when my LNF goes bye bye. Can you just get the short block and bolt on all the LNF goodies and head, ecu, etc. and good to go?

Yes and it has a bit more compression so it'll make more hp
