I have a pwerks turbo kit on my car and a turbo xs boost controller. Now no matter how much i turn it up the boost wont go up at all. The wastegate spring is a 14 im pretty sure when i turn the wastegate all the way down its at 14lbs. I turn it up to the point where it wont turn anymore. What could the problem be

 

Vacume leak... bad boost controller.... wastegate stuck open... kinda need a little more info on your set up. Was it working then just quit?

 

ya it was working the one day then it just dropped from 20-21 holding to 16 without me even touching the boost controller. has a tial wastegate 14lb spring/turbo xs controller/5557 pte turbo/ZZP BOV

 

Well found the problem the coupler from my charge pipe to turbo some how ended up resting on the manifold and it melted a hole through it. So now i gotta turn the turbo back a little buy a new coupler then heat wrap that

 

wow the mani menlted a charge pipe connector ...holly **** good to hear its an easy fix.

 

ya i just gotta clock the turbo back then put a new coupler on

not yet im going home in august ill dyno back home on 93 and like 23-25lbs then dyno back in north dakota on e30
