Lightbulb Boost issues

Ook, so guys I have been having this issue for a few months and have tried everything from a new tune to all new couplers, and I'm thinking that my wastegate spring is just weak but figured I would see if anyone else has had this issue and how they fixed it. I have been tuned by trifecta for about a yr now 20psi and 25psi in comp mode. My 20psi tune does fine in all conditions but my 25psi will do fine till about 22psi then fall quickly to 15-17psi then start to climb toward 20psi then fall back off. And the 25psi tune does this in every gear and in any rpm, especially under alot of load, 2,000rpm and floor it for example. Like I said I'm certain it's the wastgate spring getting worn out because that's alot of boost pressure but what throws me off is that it does perfect on 20psi. Thank you guys for any information.

Checked the thread about inconsistent boost with a custom tune and it was the BPV spring? I can't remember what the hell it was called now .
