You need a Viton size 202 o ring. I suggest Mcmaster part 5577K202.

Ya I asked dealer and they say I have to buy the sensor , they don't sell them seperate, so off to napa or Canadian tire

I put silicon around the oring for now, it will hold

Does this work for both stock and 3 Bar sensors?

Oh, oops. The one I gave is very specifically for the 3 bar sensor. I don't know what the stock o ring size is.

well i did another leak test, and after fixing all the loose clamps that were leaking, breaking one tbolt clamp and scrambling to find another. i tested it to 25 psi, no leak, the silicone works just fine. almost shot the leak tester across the shop though, the clamp holding it into the coupler wasnt enough to hold 25psi, almost flew out. lol now i have to find me another tbolt cause i had to use a worm clamp at the turbo cause i broke one. dammit

my tester has a gauge so i only went to 25 psi to see if would hold it, usually just goto 15. if there is a leak ull hear it at 15

ya i found the 3bar ones but not stock. i bought a oring kit, when i need one im sure i got the right one in there. silicon works fine, its actually what my dealer told me to do after i had already done it. will hold better than just the oring.

oh i should have finished reading this page, i thought you had gm kit for some reason, just assumed i guess.

Now i could be wrong but im pretty sure you can use a fuel tank pressure sensor seal from a gm fuel pump. we throw pumps out all the time with them on it. Never seen them sold separatly otherwise. Hope im thinking of the right seal now...
