So if I cap of the lower cp at the throttle body, then presurize the system at the start of the hot side pipe, I should find a leak if I have one.

I'm gonna do this tomorrow or Sunday.

Also how much pressure should I put in the system. I was thinking 15-20psi.

Yup. Capping the coldside is kind of a pain, but it's apparently the best way.

Pressurize to the pressure you are running at peak.
