If HP Tuners is available for the LNF, then yes, you can tune for it, but it would be a rough fix at best because the ECM will never know exactly how much air was released. When you change the boost level, it will act differently.

But as I was saying- tuning around an open dump BOV with the MAF before the turbo can be done, but it will never be flawless. Close enough is good enough for many.

lol it's ok dude. I miss things that are released all the time and sometimes make a thread about it and the first post i get it, "dude that's already been released" lol. It happens

let the car do what its supposed to until your sure of how a bov will be compatible with your car. for now, purchase a bad ass intake from our fine vendors here, and youll have yours "psht" sound. that should hold you up till you figure this lemon out.
