bov spring upgrade
You don't even need instructions is so easy, but I believe someone on here did a right up. Let me see if I can find it for you.
Here are the directions on the first page of this thread.

Yeah, here's the cliffnotes from what I did a couple of weeks ago:
1) Let the car cool down for a while
*cough*
2) Unclip the airbox
3) Disconnect the recirculation air hose going to the intake.
4) Disconnect the wiring harness from the MAF (wires connected to the intake right after the air box)
5) Loosen the metal strap that holds the air intake on the opening of the turbo inlet and take it off. (The bolt will be on the firewall side of the band)
6) Disconnect the hose going to the tan cap on the turbo, by the inlet if it helps you get to those three bolts easier on the tan cap.
6) Loosen/take out the three bolts holding the tan cap out. I would keep at least one bolt partially in because the tan cap will want to spring out a bit. Just make sure when you're unscrewing the last bolt that you're ready to catch anything if it wants to push outwards (or just hold in with your hand).
7) Swap the springs.
8) Reverse steps to reinstall everything.
*To keep yourself from possibly messing up your MAF sensor, take the connector off of the intake (there's a gray part underneath that you pull back and it unlocks the connector). Don't unscrew the whole sensor assembly out of the intake tube. It looks cool, but it's just a bit more protected if you keep it in the tubing and less chance of losing screws, messing it up, etc.

Actually, the one you've got already is already the best one. The Dejon spring will make it louder (it's got more resistance), but will slightly surge the turbo due to it bypassing later (how it makes its louder sound).
