sometimes they'll come on if the gas cap isn't sealed properly.

get the code scanned, that's it. no one can help you without the code.

I had that message for the first time the other day. Hasn't come back yet. I figure it was cold weather problem.

if the CEL is on and no codes, that sounds like wacky problem. wacky like ECM or cluster malfunction

if the problem is in the cluster and onstar and autozone don't scan it you won't know

Look i work at a chevy dealer. your car is most certainly under warranty, take it to the dealer. i woudl not recommend anyone to goto autozone, advanced ect for diag. they are a parts store, not a service center. we get people with problems , that went to autozone .autozone ect clears the code , and when they come into the dealer it makes it hard for us ot diag the problem. on another note to who ever had problem wiht the gas cap. there is no code for the gas cap its evap large or small leak. a gas cap is just a quick thing to check if you get an evap problem leak code. also make sure it is the cel. if its the tire light and somethign for everyone to keep in mind, the weather is changing, getting colder, and on a real cool mornign the air pressure in yor tires may go below 30 and set the light. so to eliminate the inconvience of the light I recomend running your tires @ 32psi
