Cia Boost Tubing Install
Only a few have had the opportunity. I am shipping four more kits tomorrow and I have another 16 to get put together and shipped. Hopefully by the end of the week.
As for the install, it should take roughly 2 to 3 hours. 1 hour for the hot side and the other 2 hours for the cold side as it's pretty tricky.
I will work on an install sheet.

3-4 hours? wow, thats crazy. what is it about the cold side that makes it so tricky? why is the hot side easier? i'm assuming the hot side is the longer tubing, correct?
i guess any mechanic can does this? any suggestions there?

How did you all do it... did you lift the car or take the front bumper cover/facia off? Or did you do both? I thought it might be pretty easy with the facia off of it, but I guess I'm not taking something else into account. What's the hardest part or limiting factor that makes the cold side such a pita?
On the bright side, I hear that of all the IC piping, the cold side is the least restrictive. So maybe you could just do the hot side and call it a day until you've got some patience and more time one day to try the cold side.

Would it be about the same without a lift? All I'd probably have is maybe a jack/ramps.
I put mine on jack stands...basically I would recommend removing some of the pinning on the underside (I didn't remove the underside completely). I also removed the driver's headlight for easy access on the hot side install. The hot side really only takes about 45 mins (for the CIA boost pipe). The part that hung us up was the grommet holding the stock hot side on...you just have to pull up on the piece to gently pry it off of the bracket (we actually thought there was more to it). The problem with the cold side is aligning the pipe to the throttle body and then getting access to the clamp. No easy step to this...good luck....
Oh, and you can easily get by with only doing the hotside...there isn't a significant difference in incorporating the cold side...unless you just have to have a complete set I would actually recommend skipping the hassle.... (of course while I write this I plan on installing my cold side pipe this week)...

Quick side note - The CIA boost tubing is definately the best charge piping on the market right now... No clearance issues, easy install (hot side), and although initially it may look a bit different from other aftermarket pipes out there...it is actually turning out to be a head-turning design....
Have received a multitude of compliments about the piping....
