Hey guys,
I'm doing the best I can. Beth was a tremendous asset to Clear Image. With her gone I am working to train Nicole, answer emails, PM's and phone calls, prep parts, put orders together to ship, etc, etc.
On top of that, I do all the bending, drop-off and pick-up each and every product at the powder or ceramic coaters, inspect eachproduct and wrap them personally.
I also assist with custom installs, handle the books and obviously track and respond to forum threads.
Have you all guessed how small a shop we are yet?
If I have to stay all night to get it done, i will have ALL remaining boost tubing and DP orders boxed and shipped by Friday. This will put delivery for all no later than next Thursday. So, August 1st install should be no problem.
As for the cold air intakes, as soon as they are ready for pick-up at the coaters I will get them boxed and shipped.

you are doing an awesome job bro, i know beth was the best but we (the CSS community) have faith in Nicole and we know she will do well, keep up ur great work and dont kill yourself doing it, i know a lot of your customers (including me) are very exited to get the products that we buy, but i guarantee that 99% of us understand all the work that ur putting on this is not easy and we are very greatful to have such a nice customer service and an EXCELLENT quality on the products.

You really make a mean downpipe! Thank you so much for getting us this deal. I just got mine put on today and all I gotta say is CIA is Dah WinnAR!
The exhaust still sounds stock with the catted dp. It has a slightly more deep exhaust tone at idle, but not loud. At open throttle, it gives your car the sound it should have had when you drove it off the lot, lol. The backfires are awesome!
Benefits to this downpipe:
- no CEL's
- slightly higher boost (went from 14.6 to 15.2psi lol)
- because back pressure is incredibly reduced, boost builds easier and quicker.
-that results in better gas mileage as well!!!
-acceleration is quicker, dunno if there was a power gain but it sure felt like it! the car hadnt learned down the dp yet.
2nd best buy for your dollar! next to a tune

I got my DP last night...gonna try to install it tonight if it's not raining like it's been the past fews days.
P.S.- The quality on the DP is by far the best that I've seen of any parts that I've ordered over the years.

Dan, I didn't get an email from UPS...
Hay, it was my birthday on Friday, & I didn't get my present shipped out...
Finally got my Catted DP installed...tried to do it myself and I couldn't get the clearance needed with the 20 inch extension that I bought. Ended up knowing someone that worked at a Jiffy Lube and pulled it in and installed it there! It is so EASY to do work underneath our cars at those places...had the perfect angle to get all the clearance you need. At least I ended up getting my DP installed for free. Everyone else I called was like WTF is a downpipe or wanted 80-100 bucks to install it! It sounds sooo much better than stock...a little more noticeable at idle, but at WOT between 2500-3500 rpms it sounds ridiculously good. Anyone that has the stock exhaust with the Catted DP will be very happy with the sound of the DP. Another great CIA mod!!
