Good news! Got mine on today! The WD-40 from yesterday along with the breaker bar made quick work of that pesky top bolt today. I've now got a catted dp + stock catback combo going now. It sounds very, very nice in my opinion. All the sounds that are there but muffled in the stock form are brought out in a more lively form, but it still keeps the deeper non-rice sound. All the gurgles, pops, and growl is all brought out. It's great.

Your best bet is to call, Dan is working very hard to get all of the products that everyone ordered out. Remember this was a spur of the moment GB. Wont happen again for a long time!

WD-40 Did the trick for me! Let it sit for 10 mins

Do you suggest that if we don't have a breaker bar we should get one just in case? Is there a certain size that we would need? And what size wrench did you use for the O2 sensor...i've heard 22mm or 7/8...

when I did my headers on my old car.... dumb I know, the car was 5 years old with mounds of rust on the old header... We needed a breaker bar big time, I think it would be easier even though the car is new. also, is there a certain torque we should be tightening to?

I also did not recieve any gaskets for the turbo or catback side. Was I suppose to?

The breaker bar did help with the one(s) that didn't want to budge. If nothing else it's good to have one in your inventory anytime really, because they come in handy sometimes.

I didn't get any gaskets with mine. CIA has said that you can reuse the stocker (the used to provide them until it was found you didn't really need a new one). If you want, you can clean the stocker off or buy a new one from an exhaust shop if you want to be extra cautious about exhaust leaks. I haven't been noticing any leaks. I will be getting back under the car to double check everything in the next few days and will report if I'm noticing anything wrong or something.

So i'm guessing that you don't have to torque anything down on the DP? What should you use to clean the stock gaskets?

YOU'RE TONGUE,

nah, I'd wipe it down with a damp towel. nothing really you need to spray in there.

I don't think I'd be making it to Ridley Creek State Park for the meet if I was licking pieces of my exhaust! hahaha

My card was charged shipping yesterday, but I haven't had any type of shipping confirmation yet...hopefully today though.

If you don't get the information soon, try the "How to Find Your Downpipe" tip mentioned earlier. It may be able to grab the info for you.

Better yet, my ******* is Kinda hexagonal shaped.... I might just put ass up to the bolt and rotate my whole body in a counter clockwise direction.

I think they said you need atleast 4 inches to reach it.
