CIA Charge Pipes?

Are the Clear Image Auto charge pipes saposed to be powder coated inside as well a the out side? Because mine are not and their is rust developing in the cold side. I just installed gmst 1 a few days ago and noticed.

They don't powdercoat the insides due to it being a real pain in the ass to prep it. If it the coating were to flake off guess where its going....your turbo....it would spill all sorts of problems. Cia and hahn are the only companies I know that are mild steel, everyone else is aluminum and ottp has stainless ones
