An aluminized SRI (raw finish) all the way to the turbo is what I want. Along with a 3'' aluminized straight catback/dowpipe and across the engine style 2.5'' intercooler piping with raw finish (hot and cold side). Want to PM me a price for all of it?

I'm working on prices for the exhaust and down-pipe today. I'll try to have everything up tonight and send PM's to those who have requested a quote.

Also, it was 12:30 here in WA. But I do often post at 4:30.

hey Dan, do you think a cutout will fit on a catless downpipe and clear the body? I keep thinking to myself a catless DP w/ an e-cutout would be pretty slick.

We'll verify this on Friday. We build dumps for our other customers vehicles. Some of them install electric cut-outs you can open from inside the car. They are pretty slick.

Not a very big difference and probably not woth the cost of the cold side tubing once we make and weld the sensor flange on, powder coat and ship. So, we will go ahead and dyno test the cold side tubing on Friday: stock and then the mandrel bent part. I honestly don't think it's going to make much difference. If not, we will make it optional when ordering our charge pipe kit.
Cold side is the part that goes from the IC to the TB? Is this the pipe that everyone is breaking?

Yep, but if you are tight on cash a ziptie can fix it till you get new charge pipes.

In that case, might as well replace them both.

I can't price the longer intake until we build it Friday. Give us a couple more days guys and we'll deliver the best intake available with the best price.

Our down-pipe is done. We just need to dyno test it and flow bench test the stock down-pipe. Also coming Friday. I won't post pictures of the down-pipe until we can build a production unit. Hopefully later this week.

Any idea on the price of the catless downpipe? Can we get it in aluminized steel?

Aluminized steel and 304 stainless will both be available. I am still behind but should be able to post a price in about 30 minutes. I'll get out to the shop now and measure the tubing and work up my production cost.

Be back shortly...

Thanks guys. This is my livelihood so I do what I can to stay on top of questions, requests, etc. We are a very small shop and do everything ourselves. We don't have middle men slinging our products so we can keep our prices down.

Depending on the final price of the factory flanges, we should easily be able to sell the cat-less down-pipe in aluminized steel for around $150.00 plus shipping. 304 stainless would be roughly $100.00 more due to the cost of the flanges.

If you are interested in ordering, let me know. I am going to go ahead and bend up some 3" aluminized tubing tonight. The only delay for shipping will be having the flanges cut. Probably a week out.

Let meknow.
Thanks again.

Nice price, since there is a possibility these will set a code like other catless pipes have done, do you know of an O2 simulators you would recommend?

The down pipe would have a flex coupler and O2 bung right?

I do deal with a company who makes O2 simms. I'll see what they can offer. Tuning is by far the best way to deal with the code. You should do tuning anyways as any gains you see with the down-pipe will go away from stock tuning.

As for our down-pipe, yes we will build them with a flex coupler. But no O2 bung unless ordered. Remember, it's only there to let the PCM know the stock cat converter is present and functioning properly.
