LOL nah I'm to careful for that. But I will state this....
On the stock Intercooler with +80* outside temps.... IAT2's were 118-125* at the end of a 3rd gear pull.
With the Synapse and 80-85* outside temps.... IAT2's were at a max of 93* at the end of a 1/4 mile run!

yeah mine is the same... the passenger side on mine is tight... the drivers side is not. I don't have any vibration to report... but I have had so many issues with my intercooler that would be the least of my problems.
but I will say... Morgan has been very helpful and is taking care of me. Great customer service with him and Synapse.

The stock IC's water catcher sticks out from under the Cobalt's bumper a little was well. The stock core may be shorter but the Synapse IC sits a tad higher as it is right up against the bottom of the crash bar.

Just received my crazy steve intercooler and look what i got :(





UPS just picked it up today to be sent back... Don't know whose fault it was but now I gotta wait even longer to get it back.
me either, Ive been talking to Dave about his IC i believe im goin to get one from him and see how well it is. He said his cores are not cheap, and they are not a Chinese made. so we will see what happens, he said they were great for the solstice
