Is this cyclical sound normal?

There is this cyclical sound which I believe originates from the high pressure fuel pump, but I am not sure. Outside is about -10c at the moment and the engine is warmed up with coolant at around 70c.

I can't exactly pinpoint where the sound originates but its sounds like its comming from the driver's side of the valve cover.

Is this normal?
