Yo, are they really located around here? Steve... need a tester for your SS/TC parts, I can fit, dyno, and have HP Tuners to scan IATs to close the door for your I/C setup!

The first part of the comment was for Marcus!

Oh, ok. Do you know how much of a difference a better intercooler makes on these cars? Or are you still on the stock one.

yeah, I am on the stock I/C right now... I really don't know about differences yet, but using HP Tuners you can see how the IATs skyrocket after just a few pulls and runs.

But drops quickly so the stock I/C is doing it's job, I just don't think it can keep up with the cooling "durring" runs. I think a better flowing one with hot and cold side pipes can really help move the heat away, I'll be adding water injection at some point which should help with that!

Whether I need it or not, I'd be willing to do some leg work for CrazySteve to close any doubt that they will fit, they have been around a LOOONG time and they Saab work is unbelievable! Although I have never used any part from them, I have seen and heard about them!

Yep, they are in Winston-Salem. It's a little bit of a drive for you though. It is at the Flow dealer here.

The intercooler from crazy Steve I personally don't like. I thoght when I put my Hahn IC in that it was a tight fit. This intercooler is tall and air would only hit half. Plus its looks to EVO or Subi like, lol.

Yeah, that is worth it to me though... it's not that bad of a drive really!

Who cares what it looks like you don't buy parts for looks you buy them for how they work!

Hey guys I have several friends that take their cars to this guy. Nothing but praises. I have even seen a few Cobalt LSJ cars there. I live in Springfield, MO and have even been with my boss to buy parts for my best friends 9-3

I live in the same town. What are they looking to test out? It's about a ten minute drive across town.

Looks like they are offering upgraded Brembo calipers front and rear.

Sounds like they want a Cobalt SS/TC to test fit the intercooler. I know I saw in another forum someone with a Cobalt that installed this IC. I'm only 4 hours away, I wouldn't mind being a guinea pig if I could get a discount.

I will see what I can do to help the community. At this time I don't want an aftermarket tune so that may hurt my chances on certain things but my location is perfect.

Yeah thanks man.

I can help fit a few things. But my warranty is crucial so I may need backup on other parts if necessary.

Probably need to make these guys vendors, but I don't know how wide spread their business is.

^^ their GM business isnt that big right now and i dont thnk they have any interest in that right now as of when i talk to them on the phone.

I dont think they would tune your car. Just put it on for fitment and maybe dyno the difference!

That's about all I would want to do anyway. I noticed they do strut bars. Might be cool to have a strut bar designed by them for the SS/TC
