Direct bolt-on turbo (ko4 replacement)
Just got an update on my WR-2: the housings are still being machined.... so with my powder coating and assembly its looking like I still have 2 weeks'ish till I see it, but it's ok because I have my car at the body shop getting my tjin put on.
You don't have to run a bov or external waste-gate for the wr-2. If you already have a forge bpv then you can subtract 160 from the price of the turbo as well because that's all that's needed. It will bolt up to your stock manifold and downpipe.

ive been looking at the hahn super 20g some more, and thats pretty good power for very cheap, and its a direct bolt-on as well. i know its old technology, but its still a good turbo...James used it and liked it...

I believe the Pwerks and Precision upgrade are the same. When I was working with Pwerks they sent me one with a little shaft play (turns out it was normal until oil gets in there and centers it out) but all Pwerks did is tell me to talk with Precision.
Just to clarify he does not have a wr-2.
Don't see why they wouldn't opt for a bunch of us to test them for them at cost for the purpose of advertising and proof in the pudding.
If you got 2000 dollars laying around I would say go get a BNR and e85 if you can and call it a day until you are ready for the next level of turbos , like a big efr.
Transmissions blowing out should be the least of any ones concern. A set of tires is about the same price as a trans . And thats just medium grade tires. LOL
yes but its a lot of work. lol. i had to drop my trans twice in a week and hated it.
honestly the BNR will give you guys the power levels you want, and when you get tired of that, get a big boy turbo. The ZFR is nice but when i get another turbo upgrade its going to be a gtx and/or something bigger.
