Direct bolt-on turbo (ko4 replacement)
lol I know I was just picking, well kinda lol, I am going to go with the s20g just so we can get some more comparison numbers between it and the bnr. James is going to tune me as soon as I get my car back and can order the turbo from Hahn and get it installed lol. Think I'm going to do a before and after dyno I hope, I have one now but would rather have one right before the s20g and be able to use the same dyno. Then track numbers , @ sea level since I'm in Mississippi, to follow.

But I'm not saying if I found a used BNR before I place my order I wouldn't jump on it
. But I will probably end up going with the Hahn, and I can keep my stock turbo since there is no core charge also which is a plus.
my friend told me about the gtx turbo a couple weeks ago. i said wtf is a gtx turbo and he laughed at me...
im glad to know i am not the only person that does not know what a gtx turbo is. lol

that means ill have to get new chargepiping and downpipe and whatever else..its gonna be way more than 2k either way you look at it, and that wr-2 should make the same kind of power...

it just makes sense to get a turbo that is a stock replacement, but has the same or near power as the turbo kits out there...i havent changed my mind on the wr-2 yet, and wont unless the zfr is the same or less money....

I'm very interested to see your new numbers and a graph. Who is tuning you? What fuel are you using?
BNR has reworked them with newer, lighter wheels for better spool. I'm not sure if there was also a flow improvement associated with going to the newer wheels. I'm also not sure if the housing has been changed or not. I heard a rumor it might have gone to a ball bearing setup, but I haven't been able to verify that yet.
