Technically, there is a header for the Cobalt SS out there. I think the EFR "manifold" that PWerks makes is technically a header. Its got individual tube runners instead of a cast "blob" that is our stock manifold.

OR you can do Downpipe, Exhaust, SRI YYZ Springs and a tune, if money is left over get a Powell Racing HardCore Rear Sway bar.

Holy crap! Cobe was able to post something worthwhile.

Anyways, as stated above a while ago. Think about your power goal. Do you want 280hp ,320hp, 400hp, 450+hp have a goal in your head on what you want. Then the community can tell you how to achieve it.

Remember, everything that you buy for this car or any car. OEM or Aftermarket has the possibility to be bad. It's just the nature of buying car parts. Youtube / CSS.net forums will help alot. Everyone has a brand they back, TubroXS guy vs a ZZP guy. At the end of the day they are both good companies that provide great products.

Based off what I see I would go with...

Tune - Trifecta is very safe and trust me I know.......(these cars aren't new, Vince has gotten the basic tunes down. Most people who "blow" their motors do it because they are stupid not their tuner.)

Downpipe - Catless will get you more power

Tranny mounts - You should already get plenty of wheel hop with GMS1, It's best not to break your axles or hubs. TTR OTTP Powell and ZZPs are all good brands.

Sorry for the divorce, Wish you the best of luck!

but honestly... Turbo XS is the way to go
cheaper than Hahn. but just as good quality (some ppl say better)

i was a huge Hahn fan boy, i wanted full bolt ons from Hahn cuz i saw how good their quality was... but once i saw Turbo XS's products... and the price.. i learned nothing beat it...

duck sauce... if you want. you can send a PM to Turbo XS, i am pretty sure they will give you a discount if you order a lot of bolt ons at once.
Your plugging Turbo XS way to hard brah, as if your sig wasnt big enough...

There is my thread of the exhaust my cousin custom fabricated for my car, the video has "dyno" proof that exhaust (if done right) will in fact increase your HP and TQ.

Turbo XS is in a gud company but DAMN!!!! plenty out there quality and price wise ZZP has been dedicated to this platform for a long time proven as well, i like Hahn but i have slowly been swapping out my hahn parts and treadstone pieces are some of the best looking ones on the market... Not everyone wants all that chrome under their hood. I guess since we all cant put 28's on the balt it better to just add the chrome under the hood.

Sorry but posting a vid of a car on a dyno then posting before and after numbers with no sheets hardly proves anything. Do you have sheets of before and after?
