Does Anyone know where I can get a New MAF Sensor?

My MAF sensor seems to be reading improperly (artifically high) because I believe it got wet one to many times. The car runs so much better with the MAF unhooked. There is a 12% difference in the fuel trims with it unhooked (VE mode). Does anyone know who sells them other than the stealership?

LOL, I never thought till this day Terminator2 would asked that question as many times as he tunes cars. Best advice is check your local Napa, AdvanceAutoParts, or Autozone for the MAF.

I do not know the PN and I am going to check the auto stores but I have a feeling they are not going to have it. I have tried shearch CEDs website but I could not find it on there. GM parts direct lists one but it says 05-10 year cars and I am almost positive the LNF has a different MAF than the LSJ.

I thought they would have the PN on the MAF sensor. Here is a site, which I highly doubt you'll buy from http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sk...%26+Drivetrain

that's why I was question myself about the JET Performance Air Sensor, but Terminator brought up about the electrical something that the LSJ and LNF support certain frequency. Forgot what measurement he used for the MAF.

well verified the part its the same as I stated. here the link http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...079038-7605939

Absolutely, do not EVER purchase a MAF sensor at NAPA, Advanced, or especially Auto Zone. They are rarely accurate and regularly cause tuning headaches.

I recently became an owner of a spare one. It's currently in my "rainy day" collection of spare parts, including some new MAP sensors and such, basically collecting dust until I might need them. I'm not needing it, so let me know if you're interested.

Thanks Guys the PN on my sensor is 12576410 but it has been replaced by a different number now apparently. It is PN 15865791 now. GM parts direct seems to have the best price on them so far.

The LSJ MAF is completely different but the 2.2L cobalts and a bunch of other GM cars including the LS7 Z06s use our same MAF sensor.
