Engine build/ turbo flutter

Hey guys I need your help. I just did an engine build on my 09 SS tc. New pistons, rings, bearings, ported head, and clutch.. So I started it up today for the first time. It idles like crap and there's a flutter in the turbo. I got a code P0089- suction valve stuck. And also a P0016 crank cam position correlation. It seems to be getting Poor gas delivery, hence P0089.. Any ideas? Here's a video sorry bout sideways cam!

If you're getting a P0087 as well, then I'd check to make sure that they installed the HPFP piston in between the intake cam and the HPFP. I forgot this after my build and the car was basically running off of the flow-through from the fuel tank pump, since there was nothing stroking the HPFP.

Yup, the piston with a roller attached should be on there and if not this code will be thrown or maybe they didn't grease it and its stuck, I totally agree with Stamina. And yep, one of the cams is off a tooth or two, the code is for bank 1 sensor A so it should be the intake side. If it were at the crank, both sensor a and b codes would be thrown. Good news is you can probably achieve this without pulling the timing cover if you're smart enough.

This could be part of the idle and drivability issue. The lnf can't be ported on the intake side like other motors

^This

Mine was ported by ZZP (below). It was found by them that there were certain characteristics of the intake side of the head that had to be left alone for the nature of the airflow to flow properly in conjunction with direct injection, to allow proper combustion. You could port it and get great airflow gains, but the driveability and torque suffered.

This is a properly ported LNF head from ZZP. Notice that they left the "horns" in there, as well as the drop off before the valves. It's possible to improve airflow without them, but these need to remain there.

Here's the exhaust side. Anything goes on this side.
