Exedy Clutch

Why is this clutch $1100 if the torque capacity is only 358ft lbs What would be a good clutch for 400 plus ft lbs of torque?

You will be just fine with it man it will hold over 400 and its 1100 because its the whole kit clutch and flywheel and all that good stuff. I had it in my car and loved it.

Running the Exedy Stage 3 Hypersingle as well. No issues on this one so far. First one only made it 4k miles before it blew apart and took my trans out with it on a NLS for 3rd to 4th.

go with the zzp stage 4. very nicely priced and its holding 477ftlbs for me right now. pedal feel is only slightly stiffer than stock, comparable to the gmpp upgrade.

in other words. my friends 15 year old sister learned to drive a stick on my car and only stalled it once. and i'm running cams.

it's hands down a great clutch. I've had it in my car for about 3 years or so and about 17k miles later, and it's handling everything I'm throwing at it.

Lol a weird squeek chattering type noise? lol I love mine... It holds all I'm putting down with ease. Takes a little getting used to with the left foot though. easy to press it may not be but it works clamps down tighter than a hooker on a $100 bill

Thinking of getting this clutch. Here good things about it. Heavy traffic might be a bitch though with harsh engagement.
