To make this 350hp what psi would you like to run?

Dont care about PSI. what flow will this do? then you can gauge what psi you would need to make the adequate horsepower.

It really depends on the flow numbers which I haven't calculated. most likely a 24-26 psi.

I'm at 300whp at 20psi right now, shouldn't seem too hard.

I am not sure what I am going to run for boost on this non meth pull I will know more about that this weekend when I'm tuning and I have to see first how much pressure this turbo can hold at 6500rpm but I was on 15* timing before but my boost dropped a lot with all my intercooler issues. I'm really excited for the tuning I can finally do to see what my setup is capable of

I wanna love meth...I really do, but I can't justify a new motor when a fitting pops and it goes kaboom in about 3 seconds. 91 octane and fully bolted is what I need a dyno picture of. **** I might not dump another cent into this car and just buy a sweet S15 Silvia. FWD is wearing thin.

In Canada my brother we can get them as of last January! The market is starting to get saturated with them. You can get them in good shape 60-80k miles for 15,000 CAD. I'm seriously considering it.

Meth is like anything else, you've just gotta maintain it. I understand the consequences if something goes wrong but I don't see why everyone assumes that the meth system is just gonna up and quit one day. I'm not attacking you about it, just noticed that everyone seems to be scared of it. Same thing could happen if a fuel injector decided to die on a WOT run too but nobody ever worries about that

Thats why you can tune to have extra timing only come in at cooler IAT's when the meth sprays. Just one way to ease the mind. But I'm running E47, the alky/water injection in my setup is just for a bit of chemical intercooling rather than knock resistance. If my kit fails, I'm only running about 21* of timing up top, so the E47 should be fine, and I'm not spraying that much so the STFT would compensate.

Oh and BTW, two years on my AEM kit, and not a single mishap.

The only problem I've had with mine is when I unplugged my progressive controller and forgot to plug it back in thankfully I didn't have a catastrophic failure. I was running 19* up top at the time. My STFT went insane on that pull (like +23%). Needless to say, I always check that controller before I plan to do any pulls now.

Nothing catastrophic will happen if a fuel injector dies. Just a loss of power. Does the meth get squirted right into the charge pipe in front of the TB?

If an injector starts going bad at WOT and you lean out a cylinder suddenly, it's not going to end well. And I actually drilled and tapped the runners on the stock intake manifold so I have a nozzle in front of each intake port. Running 5gph nozzles on each which is more than I need so the controller is turned down some to make up for it.

I think it would be really cool if you ran a 5th injector kit with it's own fuel system on meth. And people tell me what happens if it fails because it's "meth" I answer the same thing will happen if the 5th injector kit fails

Why are you running 20gph?? Or how?? that is so much it's crazy I was thinking about trying around 10 this weekend

I've got the controller set higher than my max boost so it's not going full 20gph. I had 4 2gph nozzles and they weren't enough and I didn't want to have to keep buying nozzles at $20 a pop if I ever went bigger turbo and actually needed the extra fuel. The car does great on it. Part of it could be from the shitastic quality gas that we have where I live. I know it's supposed to be regulated but 93 where I live is not good fuel at all. Anywhere else I go is fine
