What im saying is break it in first with a lot of city driving, 500 miles at least, before you do any heavy load driving, for example...racing

yeah i put 2000km (~ 1200mi) of city on my KY Stage 3 prior to going hard on it (overly cautious) ... thing still slips if you crack third or 4th gear down low. take it easy on it for sure no need to break something like others have said.

Ya I know to break it in but I've got plans for this car over the winter so I just need it to last a little bit. And it won't be much of a race It's a 2.0t genesis with intake and exhaust

Someone uploaded a dyno graph on Facebook doesn't look as good as we'd hoped. I'll try to find it but it was like +15hp/-10tq but the power didn't fall off like stock and who knows if the conditions were similar or if the tune changed

Red is before blue is after, obviously. The guy did say it was a lot more humid today than before though but on the same dynojet

although it has a bit less torque down low the power band seems much broader

I'm gonna guess it's the same tune on both. Or at least the same boost

From 5k up there is a huge HP difference, much nicer powerband.

Ya that's why I think it's the same tune as before. Mine holds 25.8psi @ 5500rpm

I don't think he's on here so you need to check the cobalt gang forum on Facebook to get answers

I'm not on the facebook but would like to see a copy of his tune. If it's the same tune I think that's good to see basically gaining 15hp just from turbo swap is pretty good then add some more boost. I'm just guessing here but fingers crossed

I saw that in the facebook screen shot that was posted you'd think he'd be able to get a lot more out of it.

Little more clarification; he was running 25lbs. Here is his last dyno sheet; same tune and dyno. The red dyno line is a stock k04 just there for comparison sake. If you look at numbers only looks like he got like 50hp/30tq
