GT3076R Kit Complete
Stevo has already found that meth is not good for the LNF and really kinda pointless....
This car should run very low 12's and a good 117-119mph trap speed with slicks, as even with full spings, coilovers, motor mounts these cars will still spin the tires... they still spin the tires badly with 300 whp
This set up will run close to 390 whp SAE\ 400 whp STD add the CAI and you're at about 405 whp SAE\ 412 whp STD..... 450 ish whp is near the 23 psi zone... (520 BHP) Mo meth.... And it should not cost more then $$$2400...... Synopse kit is $3999 but that's for all kinds of stuff that a lot of others already have on their cars.... like DP's, IC's and charge piping, exhaust, CAI.
It'll be fun doing roll-ons from 60 to 1xx against my buddy that bought my stock 2006 C6 Z06... w\400 whp level of pwr, he'll be looking at Balt tail lights, but not by much.... he's a magazine racer and thinks there's nothing that could be done to a cobalt to make it faster then a stock C6 Z06!!!.... He's in for a big, oops little suprise
Just have your stock intake mani ported... that'll give ya an easy 10-12 whp right there for $200...

Ok,
So this kit is just awesome. The thing that's holding me back is the GM stage kit. But really, with HP tuners y9ou can take the learn down feature out of the equation so why am I really waiting? I mean the Intake is something I plan on getting now through Hahn. Are the sensors being put in really worth it? Help me out make a decision guys. Thanks

I guess the only thing the gmPP tune limits is turbine speed. THat's an inferred value VIA MAf flow and rpm I assume.
Yes meth is most DEFINITLY worthwhile in the upper rpm band where the maxumum injection window is very small. Adding part of the fuel mass upstream where it's easily atomized is worth more power than the cooling effect of the meth alone.
People whom order before 2/1 get a set of these...

As BTF stated, meth can help with that small window, but for some reason I don't like using meth or NOS

ya good for power with stock turbo because it cooling effects if injected before turbo allow for better turbo boost efficiency thats y your seeing the power, but with this huge efficient turbo on our cars i believe there will be little power found from meth after this.
should say:
BTFR
STAGE WTF
cuz it gonna suprize the **** out of anyone
looks awesome though, i like it!

[QUOTE=08BlackSS/TC;3294788]She's finished!
Kit comes with GT3076R w/ TiAL SS turbine housing, Bosch Recirc and TiAL V44 EWG.
Runs great and mounts to all stock parts (Intake, Exhaust Manifold, Charge piping). I have to say, no STOCK clutch slip at all. She's got full boost (20 psi) by 3400 rpms and pushing 40 lb/min on the STOCK airbox (K&N drop in until I purchase the Hahn CAI).
Will have dyno results as soon as I get the new clutch installed.
Will have VIDS as soon as the weather gets better here!
Enjoy!
40 lbs/min should net you between 380-400 whp.

LOL, ooooook. Hey, I was wanting to ask you, how is the feel with the engine mounts you have in? Rough ans shaky ride now or what? Thanks man.
don't forget about Synapse Engineerings Synchronic BOV, that's a good recirc and VTA.
The engine mount won't cause much vibs, it's the trans mounts. I would recommend the Rotated Trans Mounts from OTT and not Polys.
kinda does sound like it, but supposedly isn't
I know EXACTLY how you feel!
