Day 6 for me, stock intake instead of oiled K&N, still no problems.
Have you ran the A/C?

I'm not very good at the mechanic stuff, but I would start at the turbo and check all piping to the intercooler and all the way to the throttle body.

Make sure all sensors are tightened down and if the dealership can't find a leak they need to rewire the lower sensor.

That's what fixed mine.
so when you say rewire, do you mean just solder the connections or swap wires around?

cut and solder them back together is probably not a bad idea at all.

Well, I cleaned my maf sensor and put the stock filter back in and it's still doing the same. One thing scratched it off my list.

Since I moved the wires from under the AC line and zip tied them to another line running vertical I haven't had the problem again. Nothing. I mean every sign is completely gone. Ran the AC all day today on the way to work, lunch, and back home. No issues. Went through the tunnel which even seems to suffocate my car and 0 issues. I think this fixed it for good.

Yes I will. As a matter of fact I will go do it right now

You can barely see this. It is dark as crap outside. But the wire on the right is from the lower sensor. I pulled it up and zip tied it to a wire running vertical and the problem is gone :s

Got a new problem now. I was driving on my way to visit Gestapo to some party at a recreational park. Had my 3" ZZP Catless Dp for 2 days now. My car badly backed fired and started my car to bog down like it wanted to shut off. So, I had to keep my foot on the gas to keep it from stalling out and later it enter into limp mode so I couldn't go past 5psi, and it kept back firing. No CEL. It did this for awhile, thought my car was going to die on me. After I parked, I checked under the hood, the engine sounded just normal. After I turned it off and back on, it misfired 3 times with my lights blinking inside, so I don't know what is going here. I started to follow backed to Gestapo's house my car came off of limp mode and my boost was back up, but I can't push as much as I use to. My boost went from 23psi down to 15 to 18 psi. Anyone else had this problem? I'm probably gonna go out and reset the battery and see if that get's rid of it, if not I'm going to the dealer.

That's wierd..... I know my car made a huge backfire the day my lower charge pipe blew off the throttlebody.

I'm going home this weekend where I'll have a garage to work on the car so I'm gonna try a bunch of stuff to get this issue resolved.

DUDE... you need to get retuned the boost limited limp mode is due to the change in airflow from the intake and d/p.

well I checked out the cat scan, no CEL codes. so, that was for nothing. I don't have the intake anymore. took that off and went back to airbox. I ran a couple of hard runs before work it was pushing 18psi maxed, after 5 runs I saw my boosts restored back up to 23psi.

Could of been something with your downpipe. Maybe the way the computer was reading or something.

how can a downpipe cause any problems. Theres but 1 sensor on it to check if the cats are reading properly, and right now that sensor is in an angled O2 bung fooling it into thinking everything is normal. other then that, its post wideband, so how can it cause any problems. How can it cause misfires, or reduced engine power. Its post motor, i just cant see how that can casue any of his problems.

Earl, sell it and go get an SRT-4 so youll be happy. Stop being **** n counting boost numbers. I dont even know how many psi i boost actually. I never look at the gauge. I can tell you how it feels though. And if it feels like its pulling like it should. I misfire alot, believe its the wideband going out.

Gms1 for 10,000km no issues but again i didnt **** with anything.. No dp, no intake, no chargepipes... I just dont trust the dealership with warranty and also worried even little changes in the setup will cause issues with the tune. Goodluck!

LOL

I honestly do not know one person that gripes about their car as much as you do Earl. resetting your fuel trims by your "battery" trick only works for a few minutes untill the o2 warms back up and new trims are learned.

I have had the same issues in the past by installing a make shift short ram intake and not tuning for it... car would make 2-5psi till I turned the car off and restarted it....

Find time get your ass up here with the intake on it and we'll solve these issues.

No, that's because Dubbie tuned Kevin's car.

Earl, just get Dubbie to throw a nasty tune on there and you will be good to go.

Or, like me, puss out and save your warranty.
