Has anyone ever experienced a bad oil cooler?

I have an LDK motor, just trying to trace an internal coolant leak. Coolant in oil, but not oil in coolant. Compression is good, new head gasket. When I pressurized it with a coolant pressure tester drips coolant out the pan. Before I drop the pan, I'm wondering if anyone here ever had an oil cooler fail and put coolant in the oil. Otherwise, its a cracked coolant passage. Water pump isnt leaking either.

I think a few LSJ oil coolers have failed, dnt know about LNF but its possible, remove the coolant lines to bypass the cooler and see if it still leaks the same.

I, as well, have heard of leaking LSJ systems, but not LNF. I do have a spare LNF cooler that I will never use, if you're interested.
