Have any "Tunes" caused Drivetrain / Engine Failures?
In the interest of those getting tunes, I am curious as to whether or not any of the tuned cars have encountered serious failures in the engine or drivetrain.
This can be things as severe as blown gaskets, piston damage, crankshaft breakage, transmission damage, etc.
This can also be as simple as rough idle, CEL, awful gas mileage, slipping clutch and so on.
Pease keep this to 08 and 09 SS/TC cars.....(LNF Turbo cars only)....I respect our supercharged counterparts however I kindly ask that you do not transpose your experiences into this discussion so that we can maintain a focused thread regarding the reliability of various LNF tunes. Thanks.
So lets hear about any failures which may have occured....

i have had my tune for over 4000 miles
no issues
but i don't really beat my car too much and have not been to the track
i assume alot of track time with a tune would wear out the clutch pretty quick

No issues at all when I've driven the car so far BUT I let my roommate drive her once right after I got the tune and he went WOT in 3rd gear at about ~2200RPM and I could feel and hear the clutch slip until I started yelling and he let off, I didn't realize he wasn't aware. When driven properly (ie not taking it into full boost in any gear after 2nd before 3000RPM) I've had no issues. Anyone who's tuned and on the stock clutch is going to have slippage issues if they drive like a retard though. It flat out wasn't designed for the power these cars put down after the tune.
