Yes, it is a quick connect like a fuel line. The problem is that you don't have enough room to get the removal tool in there. You can always just use a large screwdriver or a pry bar to pry it off. The internal tabs will bend out of shape, but they can be straightened or replaced. I'm not sure why they made that fitting so short.

This is exactly my issue. I'll have to try and figure something out...

I had to buy some clip inserts to replace that, just use two screwdrivers to pull it out then you will see there is a 4 prong insert in there, take that to the dealer, do your best to explain what it's for (take a pic of where it belongs) and they should have a few in stock for pennies (I got 4 in a pack for 88 cents).

Unbolt it from the turbo and leave it attached to the valve cover.

The one that attaches to the intake will come off with a fuel line tool. The other can't be removed without damage.

So I am new to posting stuff on here I believe I am doing this right, but I hava question...I bought a fuel retainer clip for $0.35 cents (which cost me $7 after S&H), but do I just insert the clip circular side first in the conical part and just push until it clips on the tube connected to the valve cover OR do I put the clip on the tube portion and somehow hold the clips on the lip and then jam the conical portion on that...Please help I'm lost on how this thing fits back on OR is it destryoyed and I need a new hose from turbo to valve cover.

Any help is appreciated....Thanks!

the line coming from the turbo to the valve cover was a pain in the ass to do. What I ended up doing was using a, I believe 10mm socket and undoing the bolt that holds that line on and took it off the turbo. The used a dremel to cut it off the valve cover. That fuel line tool didn't work for me. I just replaced the line with a rubber hose

heres a question. When you swap to a bigger turbo obviously this line will be open since it goes into the stock turbo. what do you do with it then? im asking because mine is just wide open right now lol

No idea. I'd say go get a vacuum cap and cap it off...

i think that would be a VERY bad idea. to my understanding that is a vent for your engine and if it cant vent under boost then you can seriously mess up your seals in your engine
