Well, kinda. It's better than nothing, but the oil temps run pretty hot. On a summer day, it can read 280 on the bogus calculated oil temp from the ECU. It's a good thing to monitor with a real temp sender. Oil pressure is better monitored with a high pressure switch connected to a dummy light. A gauge is too slow (unless data logged). A bright annoying light would work much better, especially for quick drops in oil pressure, like oil starvation under high-g cornering.

There isn't much room at all. It took me a while to get all the fittings tight.

Here is a side view. This should make it easy to see exactly where it is.
