you can run as much boost as it takes to reach max IDC on stock injectors

If you ask nicely maybe he'll sell you one, but even when he releases the kit you won't be able to change boost to whatever you like. All the boost control is in the ecm, regular boost controllers won't work correctly.

Find someone with HP Tuners Beta and you can adjust the boost to what you like. My boyfriend is running 23 psi

man i wish that turbo was on the front of the motor, it would be so much easier to work with. changing one of those takes about a half hour if everything goes right. thats why i love the 4g63 motor.

you cant boost past 255 kpa (22.5) right now the lnf is limited because of the map. you can boost alittle bit more if you get the overbooster stuff by dejon

you should max your injectors out at 23 psi with a 20g the flow is enough to do it and you can run map clamps to push 26 or 28 until the hpt unlock is released.

there is a boint before the injector limit where the spray pattern turns to **** and you can hit it if you run 7500 - 8000 rpms on the stock turbo.

There is a LOT of misinformation in this thread...

IF you are running an aftermarket turbo you will most likely have an external wastegate which means HPTuners has NO control over it.

Get an boost controller and set it to what you like... but you need a way to monitor your fuel and AFR.

I have seen IPW of 7.4 mS on my car right as the turbo spools that is maxed out for a second then the IPW drops to the 5.6-5.8 mS range.

ok.... that doesnt really tell me much tho..lol
ICD is a function of IPW and RPM. Higher RPM = smaller window for IPW, so a lower IPW can be 100% IDC whereas the same IPW at half that rpm would only be 50% IDC
(so many letters!)
