How do we get traction?

Right now I'm running a K and N SRI, catless dp, and a trifecta tune and from 30 to 60 I can't get traction just flooring it. I've tried different tires and I still break loose at 40. Is this just something that we all have to deal with or is there a fix? It kind of interferes with roll racing somewhat.

I'll tell you a secret...

That pedal on the right... it has more than two positions... not many people know that so keep it quiet...

otherwise welcome to making horsepower... put a set of sticky tires on the car and start playing with the suspension...

You really can't just floor these cars, they make too much power too quickly to do that, you gotta roll into the throttle

Don't press the gas all the way down, as Tommy said, roll into it.

I do roll into the throttle but if you could get that big torque hit to bite wouldn't it take off alot better. the tires squeel so its definately spinning.

Shifting while your spinning messes up the clutch...

like they said, dont put ur peddle to the floor. lol plus try conti extreme contact summer dw 235s, it fixed that spinning problem for the most part for me. but as they wear, ull spin again. thats alot of power, we all sping through second for the most part

I have 255 nt555's up front. They barely spin on a warm day. Warmest day so far was 60. I bet in 80+ degrees in summer I will barely spin. Love these tires.
