HP Tuned LNF

I've been working on a tune for my SS/TC for about 3 weeks now and after talking to several people and working out several questions in my mind I finally came up with a tune that I was very confident with and willing to throw on for the first time. My initial reaction to the tune was that it was an amazing difference. Below 2500 rpm I'm limiting boost to 15psi. After that I'm pushing around 22-23psi. This is about the limit of the scanner to read, but the boost gauge is spiking to 25psi then falling back.

I've been considering for some time other mods, but I think that realistically my next upgrade should be tires. Right now, 1st gear is totally useless at any RPM. Even feathering throttle back as much as 60% nets aggressive tire spin. In second, I can still get some healthy tire spin under full throttle.

My question now is whether anyone is using 245's for daily use. I'm considering these but my big concern is clearance when turning: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....1=yes&place=39

Any input would be appreciated.

those look nice as well but remember, it's not about how they look, it's about how they perform

Check out Goodyear Eagle GS-D3 tires, had them on my Cobra and they hooked up extremely well. I could launch at 4K without tire spin, and I was putting down 405hp 425tq on 275 size tires. Check em out you wont be disappointed.

BTW, they also corner VERY well and are quite...thoughs BFG tires are LOUD! just to warn you.
